start by being the first for the first three and the last for two things ....
For the first:
1. Be the first person to support ideas and opinions of others
2. Be the first person to help
3. Be among the first to produce
for the latter:
1. Be the last person to doubt
2. Be the last man to surrender
start by being the first for the first three and the last for two things
